What is recycled film faced plywood ?
Recycled film faced plywood uses processed 2nd hand plywood as middle core and applies fresh veneer layers on top and bottom. Then be pressed to one new sheet of plywood. It has very cheap price. And it could be used 1 time and thrown away.
There are two types of recycled core.
Finger joint core
Strip core
About physical performance strip core is better than finger joint core in the core strength and inner rubbish cleaning level. But finger joint core is much more popular and in some areas, people use finger joint plywood as the sole name referring to recycled plywood.

Advantages:
1. Recycled film faced plywood is the cheapest product type in global form-work panels
2. It can be used 1-4 times under normal condition
3. It saves wood/forest resources by turning used plywood into new plywood.
Cautions:
Recycled plywood is not suitable for cutting and it has the risk to break the saw. Even we carefully select 2nd hand plywood and clean the rubbish. There are still remaining concrete rubbish hidden deep inside and cannot be cleaned totally.
